Co-founder of EKU Power Drives and part of the engineering team behind a Guinness World Record-winning electric vehicle. Brings more than a decade of experience in R&D and system innovation, shaping EKU’s technology vision with a focus on smarter, cleaner, and more connected solutions. Driven by the goal of transforming energy systems through engineering excellence and sustainable innovation.
Responsibilities: Technology Strategy, R&D Leadership, Product Development, and Innovation Initiatives in Germany.
Brian Ulmer

Brings extensive operational, financial, and commercial leadership experience across the energy and oilfield services sectors. Has held executive roles including CEO, President, and CFO, leading organizations through periods of growth, strategic transformation, and operational expansion. Holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida. Combines technical foundations with deep experience in corporate strategy, capital markets, and business development, supporting EKU’s continued expansion in the North American energy market.
Responsibilities: U.S. Operations, Corporate Strategy, Organizational Growth, Financial Strategy, and Market Expansion.
Edward Eichstetter

For more than a decade, has been at the forefront of electrification and automation in the oil & gas and power generation industries, turning service-world experience into high-impact products. Holds a Dipl.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering from Stuttgart University and the University of Connecticut, along with a Master’s in System Automation. Earlier in his career, served as Chief Engineer on an electric race car project that achieved a Guinness World Record for acceleration. Leadership combines deep technical expertise with a strong focus on customer value, reliability, and measurable performance improvements. In his current role, drives EKU’s global commercial strategy, partnerships, and customer engagement with a commitment to advancing innovation in energy solutions worldwide.

Degree in Business Law (Nürtingen-Geislingen University) and nearly 20 years of international experience in finance and operations. Joined EKU as Group CFO to guide the company’s financial strategy and support its long-term global growth. Brings a strong focus on building resilience, agility, and sustainable value creation, ensuring that EKU’s innovation is backed by solid financial foundations.
Responsibilities: Group-wide Financial Management, Strategic Planning, Human Resources, Purchasing, Warehouse and Logistics, Risk Management, and Compliance.
