Junior Service Support Engineer

Our service team works closely with engineering and commercial groups to ensure high product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    Field Operations (50%+ Travel)

    • Perform on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of EKU systems

    • Inspect and replace hardware components such as sensors, harnesses, and LV/MV equipment

    • Support controller and HMI checks, configuration, and software updates

    • Verify connectivity and network integration (edge devices, LTE, gateways)

    • Represent EKU professionally during customer interactions

    Engineering & Product Support

    • Assist engineering teams with system validation and testing

    • Prepare service documentation and technical reports

    • Support issue tracking and technical investigations using internal systems

    • Collaborate with manufacturing and validation programs

    Continuous Improvement

    • Document field issues and root causes

    • Provide technical feedback to engineering and product teams

    • Help identify opportunities for service improvements and product enhancements

    Qualifications

    • Engineering Degree (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Controls, Petroleum, or related field)

    • Early‑career engineer or final‑year student

    • Strong interest in field work and hands‑on troubleshooting

    • Willingness to travel 50% or more

    • Strong communication and documentation skills

    • Ability to work in industrial environments (energy, power, heavy equipment, oil & gas, etc.)

Operations Manager

  • Key Responsibilities

    Inventory & Warehouse Operations

    • Own inventory accuracy, including cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and reporting

    • Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, kitting, and staging

    • Ensure material availability to support production and field service needs

    • Track inbound shipments and coordinate with Procurement on delays or shortages

    Systems & Process Execution

    • Enforce operational processes within ERP (Odoo), ensuring accurate and timely transactions

    • Maintain traceability and data integrity across all inventory and warehouse activities

    • Drive adherence to defined workflows and system usage

    Operational Coordination

    • Partner with Engineering and Service teams to align on material needs and priorities

    • Coordinate workflows and resources to meet delivery timelines

    • Communicate operational risks impacting production or customer delivery

    Continuous Improvement

    • Identify gaps in execution and process adherence

    • Implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and consistency

    • Support ongoing improvement of warehouse, inventory, and material flow processes

    Team Leadership

    • Provide day-to-day direction to warehouse and inventory personnel

    • Support training, accountability, and performance management

    • Promote a culture of ownership, accuracy, and operational discipline

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred

    • 3–7 years of experience in operations, warehouse, or inventory management

    • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or service environments preferred

    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    • Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and Microsoft Office

    Preferred Skills

    • Inventory control and cycle count program experience

    • Warehouse operations and material flow knowledge

    • Process improvement and root cause analysis experience

    • Familiarity with ISO or quality compliance environments

    Physical & Work Environment Requirements

    • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the day

    • Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments with varying conditions

    • Ability to lift up to 25–30 pounds occasionally

    • Occasional bending, stooping, and reaching

    • Frequent movement between office and warehouse areas
